All items are made-to-order and handcrafted, based on the specifications provided by the customer.


Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started or the item has been delivered, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.


Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.


If an item arrives with a confirmed defect or error on our side, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.


Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece.
